you can get away with 10 times a day/blog without tripping a google filter but that is pushing it. It also matters how many trusted sites link to you and what kind of pinging service you use.

It's fine to check if you're still in google do site:yourdomain in the google search box and see how many pages you have indexed

Google doesn't like spam blogs and human blogs only update 1 to 5 or 8 times a day... But no human blog updates 20 a day...
From my own experience, there is some kind of google filter for updating to often. I have tripped it many times and 5 to 8 a day seemed to get by it. |
