I did lose loved ones in the 9/11 attacks. I think you're taking this more seriously cause you actually thought there might be a terrorist attack today.

I assure you there won't. Bin laden is laughing on his laurels knowing that American's are shaking in their boots. Perhaps I should be a bit more sensetive next time, but the board is called GFY after all.. I can't think of a better place for tasteless humor.

Well, that's true too.. Anyways, these guys are way to heated.. it was only meant to be light humor.. not to shock everybody into relapse.

Well, I seem to have figured out some server settings which cause the server to only slow down, and not crash in the event of these attacks, and I guess that hold it over for long enough for me to deal with them. Hopefully, with the attacks no longer being sucessful, the haxor's will try to find an easier target.

As always, my thoughts turn back to the senseless and uncaring comments that any number of people on this board made to us Canadians when we were "whimpering" about our fallen soldiers who were killed in Afghanistan. Now, one person makes a comment about a terrorist attack and you guys jump down his throat...

Stop being such bloody hypocrites or, as you have told us, quit your damn whining!! Where's this sense of humor that you expect us to have about our own tragedies?

I understand your point of view but we have to draw a line here. People are especially anxious about all this terrorist shit. It's not about the sense of humour, we can make jokes about everything. It's about avoiding to hurt others. I know he didn't mean to.
