I am looking at starting a few solo girl sites, but next to the production costs i am not sure how much to pay a single model and how to keep paying here. Eastern euro models.

any one has thought on how much to pay.

I've heard about some guys paying 25% of what they get. That's after paying affiliates. But that's probably too much...

100% Agreed.

Nothing would be worse than sitting around trying to explain gross vs. gross net vs. net to a young model. Not to mention affiliates and expenses etc. They would most likely see the subscription price and a think the entire amount is profit.

There are quite a few solo girl sites that turn little to no profit, so you'd be fighting over nothing for no reason.

I am not thinking about % i just want to take the full profit. gain her populairity and use it for other projects. Cutting her in for a % is losing me way to much money. She is great looking but she does live in a country where they don't earn that much. So i am kinda stuck here.

I guess it depends on your contract with her--either pay her by hour or by project itself. Could be on revenue percentage as well.
