Pay her up front for a couple years of content. Seriously, you don't want to put in all the work, gain a ton of affiliates, and have her turn around one day and tell you she quits because her boyfriend threatened to dump her.
My suggestion:
Pay per shoot (get tons of content up front)
Pay her % of rebills (with the understanding she'll do cam shows, answer e-mails, etc).
