I am looking at starting a few solo girl sites, but next to the production costs i am not sure how much to pay a single model and how to keep paying here. Eastern euro models.

Nothing would be worse than sitting around trying to explain gross vs. gross net vs. net to a young model. Not to mention affiliates and expenses etc. They would most likely see the subscription price and a think the entire amount is profit.

I am not thinking about % i just want to take the full profit. gain her populairity and use it for other projects. Cutting her in for a % is losing me way to much money. She is great looking but she does live in a country where they don't earn that much. So i am kinda stuck here.

Pay her up front for a couple years of content. Seriously, you don't want to put in all the work, gain a ton of affiliates, and have her turn around one day and tell you she quits because her boyfriend threatened to dump her.

My suggestion:

Pay per shoot (get tons of content up front)
Pay her % of rebills (with the understanding she'll do cam shows, answer e-mails, etc).

I guess it depends on your contract with her--either pay her by hour or by project itself. Could be on revenue percentage as well.
