CCBill problems

anyone else having problems getting the Business address changed under the Subaccount info? I sent in a form and they said it was updated in the system, but it still shows the old data when I log in. I faxed the form 3 times already and still no help.

Reason 1) Maybe you submitted a payment address change form, and not a business address change form. Please refax your form (which I did)
Reason 2) Its updated in our system, but the reason it's show the old address in your account is because your looking at subaccounts which don't get updated (I looked at the main account and it also has the old address)

Oh, here was the last reason:

"Once our Contract Specialist processes those that will be done."

And that was one week ago.

When I set up their billing system i called them several times and the 24/7 support was really helpful. So I suggest ring them up.

Hmmmmmmm?

I just sent in an address form to change address because I saw it had my old address listed, but I thought I had already changed it also.

I'm not sure I actually changed it, but what you say is interesting.
