I have also emailed 3 times already and they said it is updated in the system, but it still shows the old business address in my admin area. Everytime they give different reasons without fixing the actual issue.
Reason 1) Maybe you submitted a payment address change form, and not a business address change form. Please refax your form (which I did)
Reason 2) Its updated in our system, but the reason it's show the old address in your account is because your looking at subaccounts which don't get updated (I looked at the main account and it also has the old address)
Reason 3)It will get updated in our next database update or something to that effect.
I seriously think they just don't know what they are doing. Have a direct contact I can email you my information so you can make sure it gets done?
Like I said, I faxed the form a few times already, and emailed a few times already all with different excuses/reasons.
