I have avoided using programs that are purely CCBill due to the limitations of the interface, some of the suggestions in this thread would make it extremely appealing to those of us who have stayed away for the lacking features. Best of luck engineering the new CCBill, I for one will definitely give it another go when it goes live.

pipin 03-03-2007 01:48 PM

Any idea of a date for the final release of the New CCBill Affiliate System :upsidedow

TeenCat 03-03-2007 01:50 PM

i dont know if someone said this, but i havent found any db export tool. i will be happy to export my datas to any kind of output file. thank you for your great service and support!

corvette 03-03-2007 01:51 PM

at this point, its scheduled for summertime release

natas 03-03-2007 02:26 PM

you guys definately need epassporte as a few others have mentioned.

europeans are getting raped with the bad $ exchange rate, if you paid using epass at least we could use it to pay for other things (hosting/design/etc) before having to convert it.

a lot of other great suggestions in this thread, bring on the new interface :)

Nasty D 03-03-2007 03:15 PM

awesome thread keep it going

EscortBiz 03-03-2007 03:51 PM

this would be a cool feature

I input a affiliate ID of one of my affiliates and a per signup amount say $25 and it generates a report of how much money id make or lose if that affiliate was on a $25 per signup with my site vs. recurring

Also would be cool to have it for an overall subaccount

Pretty easy calculation it would look at initial and recurring signups then calculate the rebills etc

billybathgate 03-03-2007 03:53 PM

good shit

Dvae 03-03-2007 05:00 PM

I don't know if this has been mentioned but I would prefer 1 check per month.

4 checks per month is a waste of time and paper IMHO.
I would much prefer 1 check

SomeCreep 03-03-2007 05:15 PM

Is CCBill still taking suggestions?

Please include a feature that allows site owners to easily grab a list of all their member's email addresses.

right, that one is in there

pocketkangaroo 03-03-2007 05:24 PM

How about deleting programs that you no longer use? It can be a pain in the ass to be an affiliate of 100 programs and only really use 5 of them.

Barefootsies 03-03-2007 05:53 PM

I'll give you a tip to go with the story...

Getting back into the TGP market for a bigger picture project I was going through my old programs that I have, and still promote here and there while out of the game.

Checking my old CCBill affiliate console I figure, "hey there's a link in here to my promo code, banners, and their affiliate shit so I can save myself all KINDS of time".

Wrong.

Almost ALL of them were dead or broken links. So I had to track down old log in's, accounts, and such to keep from signing up again.

So start with keeping that shit current. It should be mandatory between BOTH CCBill, and the affiliate. It reinforces they are legit.

Also, how about you finally get on the ball with some, or the...

A C H payment options

EscortBiz 03-03-2007 06:21 PM

here is one thats important

right now we can email affiliates directly from client admin but there is one problem we cannot select a subaccount, so if i have an annoncement to make about say straponlesbians i have to email all affiliates

if you guys can make a list of sub account with checkboxes so we can check off what sub account affiliates we want to email

Drake 03-03-2007 07:50 PM

Not for affiliate area, but for members support:

Allow members to reset their login automatically by submitting their email or login information into a form. The same way it's done for forums like GFY. That'll cut down 80% of support inquiries from members regarding login problems.

emmanuelle 04-18-2007 08:45 AM

As a program owner, I would like the option of approving affiliates. Far too many are signing up with false information, and I want to know who is promoting us.

I love the idea of members being able to reset their password, preferably forcing them to choose something new that wont set off site security.

seeric 04-18-2007 08:55 AM

can you put munchies stations in the affil admin area please? thank you.

Tickler 04-18-2007 12:07 PM

Someway for those sponsors using cascading systems to ask for my Current ID, instead of automatically assigning me a new non-linked affiliate code.

Also really need the WM referral commision percent showed somewhere on the report. I keep seeing too small $$$s being credited, and never received an answer from support about why it's looks like somebody maybe changed to .01% instead of 10.00%.

jscott 04-18-2007 12:24 PM

Oh, forgot to mention, can add expected check/wire amounts? Some affiliates get checks, some get wires, some every 1 week, I personally get every 4 weeks, but it is difficult to figure exactly the amount to expect

Thanks :)

BV 04-18-2007 12:38 PM

A recap of my list:

1.-A link code that uses the paysites domain instead of CCBills.
2.-Campaign tracking for affiliates.
3.-Shopping cart for online zip downloads and movie clips.
4.-A FHG system that exports in any format including a RSS feed. (this system will support unlimited thumb sizes and multiple fields for descriptions including a field that will accept formatted html for blog posts.)
5.-Cascade Billing
6.-An advanced banner manager would be nice.
7.-...more later

You can see that info now in CCBill :2 cents:

perfectodollars-gabrio 04-18-2007 01:10 PM

not sure if this has been already asked but we often got requests to pay webmasters via epassporte....

mortenb 05-08-2007 08:06 PM

It's probably too late now, but as an affiliate I would like to see an overview of all payments that have been sent..

You can do that now, for as long as I can remember.

Jscott, you can do this now. Keep drilling down in the admin if you are not seeing it.

You can do this now also.

With the email feature under "Account Grouping"

When an affiliates signs up I sometimes get 3 sign up notifications all with the same info and a different affiliate number, that is simple programming and even when I ask your technical people to fix it nothing happens.

You can also do this, it doesen'd show you automatically, but if you do a lookup on a member it will show every time they bought.

This is where you can find the trial membership customers signing up every 2 months. :disgust

Paul, that's because your affiliate has just signed up 3 times. either on purpose or by mistake. Get with the program man.

my main suggestion is this though....go visit a affiliate program running nats, then visit one running mpa3, take all the features and ease of use in both systems and combine them into one crazy cool ccbill system ;)

I couldn't agree more.:thumbsup

shunga 05-09-2007 05:06 AM

I'll add a vote for no Java, and also a simple graphic light interface. The same approach for webadmin if that's also being updated. And extend the timeout period. It feels a little hurried at the moment.

- Stopped using your services.
- Changed the payout rate.
- Added/edited/deleted linking codes.

I agree here..i'd like email notification of conversions as well, even have the ability to toggle it on/off?

babydred 05-09-2007 08:46 AM

If you receive a "merged account"'s check, maybe the sponsors of that check listed on your admin and even better, even on the receipt part of the check.

the affiliate is doing that most likely to be able to track traffic from different sources/sites.

i am sure that in the new version CCBill will have a nice campaign tracking feature.

Better Rebill/Retention stats are needed. Should be able to get a stat that tells you exactly what your rebill/retention numbers - overall, at different price points, per individual affiliate.

Stats for alternate tours definitely needed.

And if CCBill is going to have a Hosted Gallery feature - click through stats and conversion ratios for each gallery.

Elli 05-09-2007 09:58 AM

Those are great ideas, Mutt!

Loch 05-09-2007 11:10 AM

Email sent, cant wait to see what comes out of it :thumbsup

BluMedia 05-09-2007 05:35 PM

You guys really need better stats for affiliate programs using CCBill.

mopek1 :)

I second that :thumbsup

Mutt 05-09-2007 08:26 PM

With the amount of money CCBill makes they should be able to develop something that will blow away any affiliate software on the market, NATS, MPA3, TrueStats, ExecutiveStats, Partnersoft
