Ill post to this later. Busy eating little debbie snack cakes, a bananna, and a big glasss of lactaide chocolate milk. Since if I use real milk Ill be tied to the toliet by 2am for a few hours...

Lactose intolerance sucks, I drink a vente latte I better be not too far from a rest room lol

Ive actually thought about making a thread about it. See what works for others to keep it under control. At the Miami show 5 or 6 of us went to eat at the steak resturant in the hotel. I had steak of course, and vodka gimlet, and a salad. Then for dessert had this molten chocolate covered cake thing, with a bit of icecream on the side. It never even crossed my mind. That was about 10 or 11pm. By 1am I was in my room pissed at myself for forgetting... lol

I even had lactaid pills in my room to take. Just forgot.

I'm on a sort-of diet and trying not to eat too late, but it's TORTURE...especially if you're up working until 3 am. I get the munchies late at night.

fucking Ambein .. i take it and next thing i know I'm making a full meal at 1am ... just ate chicken cutlets on bread with BBQ sauce and melted cheese ... what the fuck am I thinking ..

A lot of people have it. This summer I found lactose free cheese, holy shit did cheese taste good after 10 years. I've only had the milk stuff once, I should get it because I've been craving cereal, haha. And people keep telling me about the ice cream but I never see the damn stuff.

I also learned that as cheese ages it loses its lactose, which would explain why processed cheese bothers me pretty bad while say cheese on a pizza very rarely bothers me.
