Ive actually thought about making a thread about it. See what works for others to keep it under control. At the Miami show 5 or 6 of us went to eat at the steak resturant in the hotel. I had steak of course, and vodka gimlet, and a salad. Then for dessert had this molten chocolate covered cake thing, with a bit of icecream on the side. It never even crossed my mind. That was about 10 or 11pm. By 1am I was in my room pissed at myself for forgetting... lol
I even had lactaid pills in my room to take. Just forgot.
