Now I'm 190 pounds, ~12% bodyfat. Ideally, I want to be 199 pounds 10% body fat.

How'd you loose 50 lbs? I lose 40 when I went to London for a year and didn't drink anything but water and only ate eggs (and a few other things) LOL. Gained 20 when I came home and I've lost 5 of that.. trying for the rest now. 180lbs is my goal weight.
