Has anyone used Proadultoutsourcing.com ? Anyone have positive or negative results?

why not hire a local designer or at least one in your own country? there is tons on here who can do great work.
i am not for any type of outsourcing you are basically outsourcing your countries future.  |

I'd recommend trying to find someone locally as well - or maybe someone who you find on here. I've had a lot of trouble with outsoucing companies.
