why not hire a local designer or at least one in your own country? there is tons on here who can do great work.

I'd recommend trying to find someone locally as well - or maybe someone who you find on here. I've had a lot of trouble with outsoucing companies.

There's lots of freelance guys here that needs some work. Just post what services you need and they'll hit you up.
