So I took off 2 weeks from lifting... went back yesterday... OUCH
Took quite a serious hit in strength loss. I did chest and I woke up this morning with sore triceps ontop of an obliterated chest, which is something rather rare in my experience :P
took it very easy this summer, now time to hit it hard as hell. ![]() |
