FUCK YOU VISA chargeback ? 2 months max ???

Check this out, i just noticed that a mother fucker used my card number to register to a software thing (small amount) i thought it was something added to a webhosting deal (i got shitloads of them) but i don't know why, when i opened my latest statement, i paid a closer look at this little 14.99/month charge.
WELL FUCK, IT'S BEEN GOING FOR OVER 8 MONTHS and it's something i ain't register too. In fact, i can't fucking login to recover anykind of password using the email i use for online transactions since LATE96 !

No the assholes at Visa said that they can only chargeback 2 months ?

NO WWWWTTTTTTTTTTTFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ?????????

Funny that on webmaster revshare systems, they can chargeback up to 6 months !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sure did get 6 months chargebacks (not a lot) but it did happen over the years online

Now who's fucking lying here ?

Fuck Visa
Fuck the sponsor (email sent and waiting for their reply)
Fuck this little peice of mother fucking reseller theif
Fuck myself for being a dumbass

GOOD MOTHER FUCKING TO YA ALL

Now i'll go grab a huge fucking beer

My cardholder policy says I can chargeback up to 6 months which I believe is the norm. Whip out that thick terms and conditions policy thing you got with your visa, i'm pretty sure it should go up to 6 months.

We had someone chargeback for 8 months worth of subscriptions to our all-access plan about 2 weeks ago. How the fuck they can get away with it, I have no idea.

i understand your frustration, and don't mean to make light of it, but isn't this what surfers go through when they get some pre-checked cross-sales and didn't read the fine print?

I have a non-adult merchant account for another business and I read that a customer can charge back for up to TWO YEARS!!!!

This of course is not internet based and the cards are in our hands so this may change the rules.

Your issuing bank and the MCC code that the transactions were cleared through will go a long way in determining what you get as far as chargebacks for stale transactions.

If you have a Citibank issued Visa/MC and you bought porn, it's not unusual to see many months (as many as 9) on the CDC form, even though you might have only asked to charge back a month or even two.

If you have a smaller bank issued card and the purchases were for non-high risk items, they aren't going to allow much on the chargebacks, it doesn't have the same risk/fraud parameters. You might be able to fill out a fraud form and get more months back, but again, that's at your banks discretion, since the merchant has the chance to represent the charges after you charge them back and then it starts to cost the bank more than its worth, especially on a 15 dollar recurring charge.
