It won't touch a real court. The lawsuit was a last resort to try and sway some public opinion. Most of the suit is garbage anyways.

The sad thing is that they'll come back under a different name in a few months and everyone will suck their dicks.

The only one who have to be sued are the naive webmasters for being dumb enough to trust every freaking new program that pops out of nowhere .

You're acting as if all the sponsors you've had in your sig over the years don't do the exact same thing xclusive cash did. They all do, well, with the exception of being caught.

It has to do with credibility, its as if ccbill or paycom made the accusation. They're in a position to know for a fact if its actually happened and that would be detrimental to their business. Coming from a webmaster won't do very much unless you have some really damning proof.

You need to sue Xclusive Cash for giving you a bad name...Now everyone associates anything Xclusive with fraud and cheating

That isn't an unusual number based on the current size of their business, current growth, and the fact that they might be ruined forever over it. This is how lawsuits work. If you were grossing 500k a year and someone made it impossible for you to do business how much is that worth to you? You think a million is ok for shutting down your entire operation forever? Think about it.

Anyone have any guesses on what kind of monthly gross or net Xclusive Cash was pulling in? I personally never heard of them until this whole situation started.

So basically around $80k a month. Didn't they have like 2 sites? I'm not saying it isn't the truth because I'm not real familiar with amateur sites and what kind of numbers they can do, but wow. That would be in the 100 daily transactions range, assuming they don't have trials. Pretty nice.

It will never get that far.. I'm betting they were trying to scare TMM into settling out of court for some quick cash.

You're forgetting the fact that they were not actually making 500k. They had affiliates whom were paid a very large portion of that plus processing fee from the billing solutions they used.

Their first year I think the court papers said they made $30k with no affiliates.. So I'd almost be willing to bet after affiliates were paid their percentage Xc probably had maybe $150k to $200k if they were lucky in the second year. It doesn't seem like they were generating the main precentage of the cash that resualted in the growth increase in the second year..Seems to me like it was from affiliates.

Seems that I got a few honorable mentions in their lawsuit. I posted a link to it on my site.

Unfortunately, most people's memory is about as long as my dick, so they will get affiliates sending traffic once again.
