Trying to stay awake puts me to sleep, and vice versa... but you can't trick yourself. Have a glass of milk, a shower, change your sheets. Forget about sleeping and find something light to read; sometimes you just can't force it but at least you can rest your body if your mind won't relax.

I should definitely try reading!
