My g/f in NJ calls me up and tells me that her and her daughter had a fight because she hit her mom while she was on the phone. So the 6 year old tells her mom she's going to kill herself. WTF? Has anyone ever heard of a 6 year old saying that?

Something is deep rooted in her psyche, none of us here can make the call and honestly I dunno if any advice we give could of any assistance. When we became friends Jess was 2, we now live in NC and they live in NJ so I don't hang around with them as it's over 450 miles away. I just talk to them every week or so.

I am speaking from experience as my wife has known friends from childhood that turned into shit adults. Their problems were dumped on my wife like she was a two bit baggage handler at a Costa Rican airport.

I think you would need a whole background of the kid in order to give advice, if my son said he was going to kill himself, we would sit down and explain to him about what he just said, cause obsiously he doesn't understand what death is, and that doing that would make us very sad not to have him around anymore... etc etc.

If you had just held the pillow on their face for one or two seconds, the kid wouldn't scream to have the pillow taken off that quick, you'd have to hold it for an extended period, preventing the child from getting enough oxygen, in which the kid would start struggling and crying for you to stop your insanity.

Now... who exactly has trouble with reading comprehension you assfuck? Maybe you should go abuse your 11 year old child by smothering him with a pillow since you think it's such a great idea.
