She needs to take the 6 year old hold her down and put a pillow over her face. Not hard mind you, just enough to scare her. Then when she screams to have the pillow taken off lift the pillow and say "I though you wanted to die? Guess not. Now get your ass in your room before I spank the living shit out of you."
