Can someone fix that for me? User: adesignbr

The reality is we have costs that we need to cover so we need to charge fees or we would be a non profit organization.

HorseShit 08-18-2006 03:25 PM

An example I had from recently. I had to pay someone $150.00.. so I noticed when setting up the payment it said '10.00' load fee.. Ok, so I paid that.. so i have a 150.00 balance in my epass. go to pay the person and oops it costs .25 cents.. and the minimum load amount is 25.00.. so awesome I get to load 25.00 more to cover a 25 cent fee.

Seriously - I've rarely seen someone who dives into the line of fire everytime! I certainly hope he's recognized salary-wise. He should be training your call center folks :) He certainly knows how to calm a fire and still make the company look good. He exudes professionalism & is one of your greatest assets in terms of 'Epassporte Support'.

That's just my :2 cents: & giving recognition where it's due!

We are currently working on a system that will give you history from Day 1, although Day 1 will be when we launch that serve. I wish my answer could be "Problem solved" but its just "being worked on" as of now.

C

Even fucking paypal can do this so it can't be that difficult

testpie 08-18-2006 03:41 PM

What made you decide to charge the payer as opposed to the payee for transactions? For instance, in the PayPal system, money can be sent at no charge to the person sending the money (the payer), and the charge is instead taken out of the whole amount at the receiver's (the payee) end; whereas in the ePassporte system, the payer is the one who receives the charge, and the payee receives the full amount.

Hi,

Great Q&A Session, I like companies that offer good customer service :)

I don't have any personal or biz accounts with you but we have recieved many payments from customers using there virtual visa with exp. date for design work, never any problems...

Thanks

Hi testpie

Our service providers pretty much charge us for everything we charge the customer. I am assuming Paypal has a pretty sweet deal with their bank and their backend processor as we would not be able to offer similar rates.

Few things I would like changed with Epass.

1. Longer history. I can't look back more than I think 3 months. Makes no sense.

2. Allow personal accounts to send money to business accounts.

3. Any type of transaction dispute system would be great. Especially for business account holders. Let's face it, scammers love to use Epass. Even with a sponsor program doing a 2 week hold on funds before paying them out, it's still possible to be royally fucked by scammers using Epass. Business account holders should be able to dispute a transaction.

4. Wires sometimes get lost in "la la land" and take extremely long to hit our account.

5. A couple times our business account has ended up with a negative balance. Because of the way debits and credits are done apparently it's possible to end up with a negative balance. Rather annoying.

6. Support isn't very good. I have to hit up people on ICQ to get real answers.

Just my 2 cents. We love Epass and are able to work with webmasters around the world because of you guys.

1. Why don't you get your own message board?

2. Are you paying GFY any advertising fees? Cause you're obviously getting a ton of business from here.

Doctor Dre 08-19-2006 02:59 AM

Here is a suggestion I have for you :

There are a lot of trusted people in the webmaster community. Why don't your board reps have more power to resolve stupid errors made by your accounting staff ? I know you guys have to deal with all the free accounts and everything... but giving them training to judge and more power could help things out.

I have yet to see one week on the boards without an epassporte drama thread. you guys do have really bad customer support. The board guys are doing the best they can, but they have no power and it takes time to get simple issues resolved.

Klen 08-19-2006 03:03 AM

Yes that is irony of epassporte-you can send millions mails to [email protected] and nothing happen, then you hit keyser soze on icq and everythign solved in second.Keyser is "secret"relationship to system of epassporte.

Toonlogos 08-19-2006 03:53 AM

No one answered my question,

Can I withdraw my epassporte money via checks mailed to my address? (I can do this with paypal.)
