The joined triangles was made in a program called Shade (e-frontier) - It's no where near 3D Max, but a hell of a lot cheaper

So when you, like me, dont do a lot of 3D work it covers the need.

I only did the basic triangle shape in Shade, then exported it to Illustrator where the text was added - then yet another export to photoshop where the reflection was added.

Well technically the contest deadline has been reached. But i'll leave it up to the contest owner to decide if more entries are allowed or not.

Ok two things:

1) Why do you wait until waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past the deadline to comment on the designs? You could have given feedback on the designs earlier and given all designers a chance to either produce new entries, or revised versions on their current entries.

2) What now? contest cancelled? or is there a new deadline - are you gonna declare a winner at some point - or is it just another one of those contest which never finds a winner - and where all of the designer that put time and effort into designing a logo - all walk away empty handed?

Sorry if this sounds a bit harsh - but sadly this place has a somewhat bad reputation when it comes to screwing designers.

Oh and another thing - when / if you wanted to buy a car - would you then just goto the dealer and say: Hi, i want a car! or would you try to describe what you would like to buy (perfomance, color, doors, seats, etc).

I'm guessing that you would try to describe what you wanted. So how do you expect designers to come up with a design that live up to your expectations, when we have no clue whatsoever at any point in the process, as to what you like / dislike about the entries made.
