Someone bumping threads?

Hi
I got this problem last year, they blocked my account and i contacted them and just give me a Record ID and requested me that i send my Passport ID Copy, a bank statment or drivers lic. 1 day after i submitted all my documents they verified my account and unlocked it. Maybe you need to contact them to get more info and try to recover your acocunt. Good luck! Damian |

You are such a fool... you were told to get in contact with the owner directly and you give their admin a hard time just because you think you can... You must think every person who works for a company has access to all info on a account... Also "intrests" is spelled interests... :helpme Later, . |

So are you still saving up money for the lawsuit? With your security blog? Whats it making at the moment? 1 dollar a day?
|
This thread is hilarious :1orglaugh
minusonebit, you are a grade A retard |
How fucking ironic is this? Minusonebit uses 300 webmaster passwords as blog content and simply says "that won't do any harm" and then i read this on his website:
http://www.keithkimmel.com/legal.shtml Legal Actions: I like to hold companies accountable for their unlawful actions when their actions cause me and/or the general public to suffer, especially when it comes to privacy and fraud. This page is dedicated to some of the legal actions that I have filed and some of the successes I have had. Kimmel v Ulrey Foods d/b/a Flyers Pizza: This action was commenced on February 15, 2005 and sought a declaratory judgment under Ohio Revised Code 1349.18 et seq. to have the act of printing more than the last five digits of a credit card account number and/or printing the expiration date on a receipt given to a customer to be a violation of the The Ohio Consumer Sales Protection Act (OCSPA). This precedent setting case allows consumers statewide to bring a suit against any company who prints such receipts. This is on file at Ohio Attorney General's Office in the Public Inspection file. PIF #2342. |

Um, Minus1bit, I think you missed something.
The screenshot you posted clearly says TEMPORARILY suspended. Why didn't you just follow their instructions and get more information why your account was suspended? It is very easy for the end user, affiliate, whatever, to get pissed off at a company like EPassport, Paypal, CCBill etc, whenever funds are withheld. However, what you have to understand is that usually this is done for the PROTECTION of the credit card holders, the merchants, or the one making the payments, etc. A Company like Epassporte, or any company that issues payouts, does not "make money" by withholding your funds. It would cost them more than it was worth, trust me. What I think you should do is contact them, ask then why your account was suspended, and then ask what you can do to get your account back. Good luck! |

Any system that allows free licsence to pseudo-anonymous online cash transfers is going to be rife with fraud and probems. Sooner or later people are going to need to shut up and deal with it or switch to a more secure form of payment. Lastly <3 people who constantly chip about litigation online. Will be holding my breath for the paperwork to be filed. |

We need an epassporte Q&A thread with someone senior from Epass.
Too hard to keep up with so many damn epass threads. I doubt any case will come to court regarding epass - if their lawyer thought they could lose they will settle out of court? |
Its not worth suing them over the ~$100 they cost me. Its much more satisfying bash them thereby costing them customers and if they ever do come around and decide to fight back with a libel suit I'll add it to the counter claim. Makes them come to me instead of the other way around. And if they never do, thats fine as well. They'll just keep losing customers.
