Hi all for the last 12 months we have been beta testing our ATM cards with a selected range of webmasters and should have something out very soon open to the public. Which will be much better then epassporte.

If you try to sue in Canada, you have to prove actual financial damages. Canada's legal system doesn't like to get cluttered with petty (i.e. small) or trivial lawsuits or those just seeking to right a wrong. If you have a good lawyer, he'll tell you the same thing.

And from what you've posted initially, it doesn't look like you've suffered immensely in the wallet. It almost certainly won't be worth the time or effort of anyone involved, incl. the courts.

Thank god for the USA, where litigating over less than $10 is perfectly acceptable.

it takes 5 to 7 days,but if you're nice KK always will be willing to help.. I think you should have kept this private before coming to the board. I had mine locked with close to 20K in it and everything worked out at the end.

Yeah, maybe if this was the first problem I have had with ePass, I might have. But this is hardly the first. I used to have a list of the threads somewhere. This company has fucked me over at every possible turn. The other times they have pulled it out, but this time they seem to be determined to break it off.
