Tom Gartman! He is the one who the FBI raided a few years ago, and adult sites were shutting down by the hundreds scared. Turns out they were rape videos. He also was one of the largest spammers hawking his rape videos.

From the article it appears this was an obscenity charge and was a little more than just some girl getting her tits pierced - and more of a violent aspect to it.

Can't verify or say for sure, but suspect that least one defendant had to be extradited from another country for trial. Unless there is "substance" - it's highly unlikely any prosecutor would go to that length.
