Former Officer Sentenced For Selling Rape/Torture Videos
DALLAS - A former Houston police officer and his brother-in-law were sentenced Thursday in Dallas for selling rape/torture videos on the Internet. Former Officer Brent Alan McDowell, 37, and Clarence Thomas Gartman, 35, will both serve prison sentences.
