                                                                          From the article it appears this was an obscenity charge and was a little more than just some girl getting her tits pierced - and more of a violent aspect to it.

                                                                          Can't verify or say for sure, but suspect that least one defendant had to be extradited from another country for trial. Unless there is "substance" - it's highly unlikely any prosecutor would go to that length.
