im having the most incredible hassles getting my old paypal account reactivated.. which even though it's annoying, is a good thing i guess.. if *I* can't activate my account, at least it's harder for cheats to.. i've had to apply for a new credit card to open up a new account *shakes head*

i'm worried about paypal. if only all the rumors and wacky stories and shit about shut off accounts and other stuff would be taken care of, it would be the best (in my opinion) and most flexibile payment service out there, especially with their API they've made (and i'm sure improving upon...)
i still don't have 100% full trust in the system. heard too many horror stories about people not able to access their accounts for many reasons, and since paypal is a bank, they don't have to do shit about it. if some sort of regulatory body could step in and help straighten this shit out i would be chanting "paypal for life"
