Live and learn. I feel sorry for the chap, but when you have GBP9.7M, which is close to $20M, and you don't know how what to do exactly, the first thing you do is buy some brains.

He should've stuffed it all in the bank, and used the interest to pay for school, and live off it in a humble fashion until he knew better. Instead, he got swindled by the very "street" he grew up in. Sad, sad story.
