He's probably faking it. I've seen David Blaine and Criss Angel do some pretty weird shit, this guy could just the ultimate street magician. You should have gone up to him and turned over the dolly and revealed how big of the fraud the guy was.

For years I have went to StLouis Cardinal Games. After each game as I walked to the car ramp, there is an old guy with no legs that sits in a wheelchair taking handouts. I always felt sorry for the guy and gave him a buck.

Then I figured up how much he probably made in a years time just by sitting outside the ballgame for an hour each night.

Cardinals play 81 home games
Approx. 40,000 fans at each game
If only half walk by him on the way out that is still 20,000 fans walking by him
If 1 in 10 give him a dollar that is $2,000 bucks a night

Few years back when I took a trip to Thailand I saw quite a few people with hideous body abnormailites, like you mentioned above.

One of the most disturbing ones I saw, was a bloke with no legs, one arm, a shriviled up torso and a large infected looking/bloated sack of puss draging behind him where his legs would normaly be.

Depressing but not much you can do I guess.
