haha thats actually how I started this biz.. well I did it as a couple with my gf, I sold my dj speakers from when I was in college that I had to spend some of that money on.. and I bought my first computer that I than started the webcam thing with the gf.. ifriends, and than I left her and started my own website, galleries etc.

once you have your $1k

set aside a room in your house / flat...

in this room place a partition, thus making it seemingly 2 rooms

place 2 cams + 2 beds in this room...(1 each on either side of the partition)...

find 2 people...dumb but good looking.... can also be pregnant or fat etc...

whatever ...any fetish will do...place these 2 people infront of your webcams...

make them work for their money...(find a good level of pay ...balance between basic and added %).....

if applicable find 4 or even 6 people...taking shifts ...all depends on your country....
