I've driven several BMW's for testing. The 5 series is the smallest you would want to go. The 550i is nice & has more hp (About 40, depending on the engine) than the Cadillac STS, but also has less front seat head room & less hip & leg room. I would get either of these before ANY Mercedes. :2cents:
