Member problem - 'not responding'
Got a member that is experiencing problems downloading my movies. He is telling me that he is getting a "not responding" message when trying.
Anyone know what the problem is? |

"Not responding" usually means either:
1) Your server is down 2) His ISP is down 3) The proxy/gateway he uses to access your site is down or doesn't like your domain for whatever reason
