Member problem - 'not responding'
 

Got a member that is experiencing problems downloading my movies. He is telling me that he is getting a "not responding" message when trying.

Anyone know what the problem is?

From the title I thought you were having penis problems ... Glad everything is ok!

"Not responding" usually means either:
1) Your server is down
2) His ISP is down
3) The proxy/gateway he uses to access your site is down or doesn't like your domain for whatever reason

since he can access the members area we can rule out #1 and #2.. and possibly #3 aswell or?

he is happy and will get action later so he'll perform as usual :)

And you can definately download the video? What browser is he using?

sometimes changing the browser works fine :)
