Anyone from Epassporte around?

I got my account frozen due to having too much money in it.

I just scanned in and emailed my confirmation stuff.

How long does this process typically take? I'm going out of town today or tomorrow and would really like to be able to use my card.

just got off the phone with epassporte and they informed me that they have the verification documents that i sent, and that im going to have to wait 5-7 business days before my account works again.

it seems really stupid to me that i get penalized for giving epassporte too much business. my account got to over 5k, and instead of rewarding me for being a good customer, they freeze my account and debit card.

im going out of town in about 3 hours and bills are due when i get back. because of this fuck up im going to be without a debit card while im out of town.

is there anyone from epassporte that can give me their ICQ so i can talk directly? i havent had a reply from keyser soze in awhile and its getting down to the wire.

Notification emails were sent to your account when you approched the $5,000 that requires verification and its also in the TOS.

As a security measure and for Your protection, in the event that the balance in Your ePassporte Account at any time reaches USD $5,000 through an individual or any series of transactions, We may require You to provide Us (i) a photocopy of a government-issued ID with Your picture on it and (ii) photocopies of the front and back of the credit card or debit card which was last used to add funds to Your ePassporte Account. If we do not receive such documentation following Our request to You, We reserve the right in Our sole discretion to freeze Your ePassporte Account or close Your ePassporte Account as provided below in Section VIII.

I have forwarded your documents to account verification and I am waiting for a reply. I can't say when this will be I expect it to be today or tomorrow.

My only real issue with all of this is the length of time it takes. You work for epassporte, I should be able to send you the documents and have you verify them on the spot and have my account functioning again. I just don't like the idea of a company freezing accounts for long periods of time while i dont have access to my own, hard earned money. Reminds me of paypal's antics.

I realize you don't make these rules and policies, so you're probably not the right person to bitch to. For that, I apologize. It's just frustrating to have 3 or 4 grand tied up in an account and not be able to access it when I need to.

PS: I thank you for your help. I can only imagine how long this would have taken over the phone with a call center rep.

Beware that any money anyone tries to send to you will bounce while the account is closed.

Most sponsors don't seem to notice this, had to ask epassporte for a list of rejected transactions when it happened to me.
