First you imply that the thought of blaming the entertainment industry is ludicrous. And in the next statement you state that the system failed. 28 is not a big enough stabbing sample to make an accurate determination as to the total estimated number of berliners that are HIV positive. further, the sample group (those who gather at train stations) may not typify HIV distribution in Berlin.
