Why the epassport changes? :(

Oh my, I logged in and saw their latest announcement. Now I cannot speak nor call them and it is a pain to forward my important emails etc... how can I contact them if anything goes wrong?

If you log in and click New Messages in the top right corner you will be able to contact the different departments directly.

Its exactly the same as before..... you just log in and send a message. They have just taken the obvious security risk associated with having an external entry into the system (ie external email). In effect they have just changed the name from email to message system. No fucking difference.

I agree with you Shemp, it's bullshit. Going through all those hundreds of mails and redirecting (forwarding) the important ones is pain in the ass. At least they could just transfer all the mail from the old system to the new one....huh

Instead of emailing cs or accountverification there is a form you can fill out and attach files if needed and then it will go directly to the people handling the specific issue.

Account verification
Electron card inquiries
Disputes
Limit increases
CS
Sales

Then when the message is sent it will go straight to the department handling this.

Accounts from the following countries Romania, Russia, Lithuania, Moldova, Ukraine, Pakistan and Vietnam can no longer send and receive p2p transfers.
This is because of a high amount of fraud from those countries.

ePass needs less work on Public Relations and more work on Public Image. All the parties and promotions in the world won't help if people are unhappy with the service.

Whether it's loading, sending $$$ or receiving $$$, I frequently have to send several unanswered emails and make a phone call before it'll work (if then), which is why I rarely use them. I think ePass could be the next Paypal if they gave a crap about their customers and listened to logic.

I'm not trying to jump on ePass, but why doesn't ePass wonder why there's negative sentiment? In a previous thread, Keyser said "its become "in" to bash ePassporte on GFY if someone has a tiny little problem". I'll restate my previously unanswered retort: If it's "in" to bash epassporte, don't you think that's an indicator of a MAJOR problem?
