I don't think they have one.

that fact alone is making me seriously consider moving my domains away from them

especially when I emailed them twice about a small issue a year ago and heard a big fat nothing back

if you can't get them by phone or email, what are they good for?

should really pull my head out my ass and move all my stuff to moniker. but their prices being double the price of namecheap have put me off so far...

Our phone number is +1.6613102107(during normal business hours) if you can't get through leave a detailed message and someone will get back to you asap.

We also have support reps providing email support 24/7 so if you have sent an email to us and have not received a reply I would check your spam folders. Most support emails that are sent to us are replied to within 1-2 hours unless they are escalated or have to do with fraud.
