Jesus I would pay big money to have Keyser Soze head up a customer relations department for me. The guy is handling every problem on here single handed.

Thanks for the kind words but I am just the middle man, there are hard working people helping out with the issues I bring to their attention.

Don't sell yourself short man. I've ready a lot of these threads where Epass has been on the hot seat, and frankly YOU are the lone ray of sense and salvation there. I can see where you've grown and settled into your position, there's a marked improvement in the way you handle these threads from when you first started there.

If I ever do decide to get myself an Epass account I'll make sure to have you on speed dial.

Thanks.
I had zero experience doing support and had to learn as I worked, I made some mistakes in the beginning and I am still learning and I like my job, ePassporte is great to work for and I do different things every day, its not the same boring stuff.

Epassport works oke for me too. OK, systems downtime is a problem that you can not blame on the bank or anyone else you are working with, except yourself. Perhaps a better SLA agreement with your partners would solve this. Wiretransfer costs are much bigger per transaction (up $30 per transaction) than with epassporte. VISA or VISA electron labeled ATM´s in your area would increase you getting money...took me some time...but perhaps more listening to customers giving you some feedback would increase webmasters working with Epassporte...? So why would you not want to listen to the people using it?

as long as epassporte spends loads of money on contests on GFY and huge ads with famous people everywhere they can, instead of spending on making their system better, they will always be a shitty service

I have never in my life seen a company that brags about spending as much money as they do on contests and ads, while the customers complain daily.

Now spending some cash on the real issues like customer service and so on would make it a little better for us webmasters, now ............ where is the fucking competition?
The moment they arrive, with an solid back-up, epassporte is history.

I have used Epassport a few times.... I now refuse to use them because they sent money to the wrong account and were not able to do anything about it.

I believe the fees just to fund an account are outrageous and then to send is crazy. So i dont use it unless I have no choice and the person requesting money must pay 80% of the fees.

Other customers recommend Xoom if I cant use Paypal but Xoom is banned from Colorado.... Western Union is the only real universal payment system.

If you have problems with your accounts or questions about ePassporte, I am online on average 12 hours a day and it happens very rarely I don't respond within 12 hours to ICQ's or emails, 7 days a week.

KS it has NOTHING to do with you, you work your ass off I am sure, but the company you work for does seem to use more money for advertising then for simple things like customer service and heh ........ that is bad IMHO

Paypal are joke and suck worse than epassporte that's why!

Seriously, their terms are worse than epass's! You cant win these days you really cant..

That's why I try to use neteller when I can..Its the ONLY payment processor I have never, ever had a problem with. The withdrawel limits are great, transfer options are great and the exchange rate is a ton better than PP...

I have never had any problems with Epass but I only receive money, I have never had to send yet.

The daily withdrawel amounts of $320 suck greatly but I live! Just means a trip to the bank very couple of days or so. It's easy with the electron card which means I dont have to wait a week or so before the money get's into my account and Keyser is always online to chat if I have a problem.

With that said I have yet to be subject to the downtimes that you all speak of and the weird "no balance" at this time messages. Call me lucky I guess but every payment processor has their up's and downs.

Paypal was terrible for me. I couldn't go 7 days without them contacting me for some reason and then having to sit on the telephone to them for half the day getting told bull by every single person I spoke to. Faxing them info doesn't work, talking to them doesn't work and they are just out to steal their fat cat fee's.

I told them to keep my account limited and I'll get the money in 6 months. They wont ever see another penny from me or my friends that use them either. I then went and told every single person that I personally knew about paypals mistakes and more than half withdrew all their money and have not used their account since.

Most places have problems, but remember, everyone that uses epass comes here, visits here, and posts here. So it's obvious that there are going to be a lot of bash epass threads simply because this is where all the action is.

You don't see bash paypal threads because you cant really use paypal for adult transactions!

Keyser works hard to keep everyone happy and to be honest I could swear he does the most work at that place! He posted here when he was on vacation!! That man is dedicated!
