Epassport works oke for me too. OK, systems downtime is a problem that you can not blame on the bank or anyone else you are working with, except yourself. Perhaps a better SLA agreement with your partners would solve this. Wiretransfer costs are much bigger per transaction (up $30 per transaction) than with epassporte. VISA or VISA electron labeled ATMīs in your area would increase you getting money...took me some time...but perhaps more listening to customers giving you some feedback would increase webmasters working with Epassporte...? So why would you not want to listen to the people using it?
