epassporte questions

I lost my physical card on the 17th of last month they charged me $35 for a replacement card.
I live In Australia I would have thought the card would turn up after 3 weeks.
I keep writing suport about where this card could be but I never get a response.
I went right through there website so I was writing to the corect department.
Whilst I can still transfer money across the net I sometimes need to transfer money via a credit card to traffic sources.
Any help would be greatly apreciated

No I tried to authenticate my bank card.
I rang the bank and asked them how much was deducted as the token amount.
They had no Idea and it dont show up on my online statment.
I think when i recieved my initial card it was within 10 days.
