Do you see any skinny people in gyms?

My uncle keeps telling me "Hey, want to go to the gym with me? You need to workout". Im like wtf dude im skinny as it is why the hell do i need to work out? Fat people workout, skinny people dont. I can pretty much eat WHATEVER i want and would never gain a pound. Why do i need to workout for? Shit makes no sense to me.

i workout to just keep a nice tone. lately i have been slipping a little and lost a little weight. its hard as fuck to keep weight on when you are skinny and have a fast metabolism.

It doesn't necesarily means that only fat people work out. Working out means toning your muscles and keeping your body healthy. It feels great when you start woking in the gym coz you'll see the difference. Physically and mentally.

i see just as many skinny people as fat, mabye even more. you know theres many many more reasons to work out than being fat. when i started working out 5 years ago i was a toothpick and weighed about 125-130 or so. i ate a lot and worked out and gained over 40 pounds of mostly muscle since then.

I'm the same man.. I can eat anything I want sit on my ass all day or bust ass in the sun all day.. Doesn't matter what I do, I still stay skinny.

You should work out to keep in shape. This hasn't got anything to do with the fact you are already skinny. There are lots of different types for working out.
Chubby people try to lose weight but you could try to get a better condition, stay in shape. Even if you are skinny you will benefit from a trip to the gym.
Chubby people won't get skinny just from working out, changing their eating style will make them lose lots more weight then they will lose from going to the gym every couple of days.

when i use to work out and actually hit the gym 3 times a week i gained weight. i just lifted weights and did very very very little cardio. i found my appetite also went up as well.

i should prolly get back to that schedule. give me a reason to leave the house LOL

Fat = energy + strength / but not healthy

Yes chubby people, big build people are stronger and yes a skinny person would lose when he would armwrestle with a chubby person.
But in no way this means that a skinny person is not able to defend himself against a big build person. The skinny person has way better reflexes and is much faster than the chubby person. Never saw a Bruce Lee movie?

Anyway, imo it doesn't matter if you are big boned or skinny, every person should try to work out a bit and try to stay in shape.

I'm thin, very thin and still work out because it's not enough to be thin, you have to be thin AND toned. Look at Hollywood, everyone is toned, being thin by itself is not attractive, you have to be thin and have definition.

I have 16 inch arms and a 32 inch waist. Ponder that for a second....bitches love it. Skinny where it counts...and muscles where it matters.

Most of the peeps at my gym are in amazing shape! How do you think they got there? They weren't all over-weight when they started out. I practically live in the gym anymore... it's a stress reliever as well as I like looking healthy... not just skinny.







P.S. Girls like muscle... not skin and bones.
