Yes chubby people, big build people are stronger and yes a skinny person would lose when he would armwrestle with a chubby person.
But in no way this means that a skinny person is not able to defend himself against a big build person. The skinny person has way better reflexes and is much faster than the chubby person. Never saw a Bruce Lee movie?
Anyway, imo it doesn't matter if you are big boned or skinny, every person should try to work out a bit and try to stay in shape.
