For all of you wanting to loose weight check this out!

I found this website a while back and started using it to track the calories and fat etc that I was consuming each day and I found that it is a great tool to use when dieting.

I have been loosing weight and this site has really helped me. When you track your calories and actually see right in front of you what you are putting into your body it really helps you to make better choices when eating. It has educated me on what to eat and what not to eat. I always thought that I could eat all the meat I wanted cause there were no carbs NO WAY! There are actually a lot of calories in meat so you still REALLY have to watch your portion size if you want to loose weight.

You can also keep track of all the exercise you do as well as set goals for yourself each day. It has great articles and recipes. I have really got my diet and exercise nice and balanced now and am seeing great results because of it. It is free so check it out. I'm glad I did.

I actually do not use their meal plans but I manually add in what I DO eat for the day to track calories.

That's why I love Body For Life, or the 6 week body makeover-they give you a free day. (6WBM does after your initial 6 week program, that is. BFL does it from the start.)

Thanks.

Another thing I learned about red meat is this: My body type is endo-meso..meaning I have a strong, muscular "base", covered by fat. Good thing is that means I burn more calories doing the same workouts as people without the muscular underpadding, lol. Bad thing is that I have to be very careful to avoid red meat, which tends to bulk you up. Poultry and seafood are better sources of protein for me. And let me tell ya, I love steak, so that was a blow, lol.

Yeah, thier meal plans are only based on losing up to two pounds per week, and they only let you select weight training on alternating days. Two pounds a week my ass - if you're obese you can lose 3-5lbs per week safely. Anything over that and your body will start freaking out

Safely, most likely yes...but who wants saggy skin? Not me! I'd rather take a year to take the weight off, give my skin time to adjust to the changes, and have a bikini-ready bod by next summer, rather than doing it in 6 months and looking even worse then I did to begin with because of saggy, hanging skin.

In the past year, I've learned that more than two pounds a week for a guy and a pound of week for girls is not so healthy....besides the loose skin factor, which is a big deal if someone is really obese.

It's been a true pain, but one pound a week paid off for me....I don't have loose skin and I'm healthier for it, too. Frustrating, but worth it.

No doubt.

I'm sorry I missed you in Phoenix. That bastard Harmon bailed out on the world owing me $400 it seems, and that was my flight money. Now my truck is in the shop and it'll cost me $400, so I am fucking livid at this point, because I keep thinking if he hadn't fucked me over on that loan, I'd be driving my kids around in a nice truck with a/c instead of a beater T-bird with no a/c (and I live in Florida, so I NEED a/c) that stalls at every intersection. Every time I see my little pink-cheeked babies I want to drop kick his fucking head.

Sorry, got off on a rant, lmao.
