Well it's the equivalent of someone calling a white guy or girl a irish person when he or she is english, so on and so fourth. I'm american but my parents are from Dominican Republic. I have heard this argument my whole life. It dosen't bother me though and I don't care lol.

If you really want to have fun you should go to Dominican Republic, I have a house in Santiago closer to the nothern shore. I get stupid when I'm down it's so much fun. I was there in Jan. I think I'm going to go back in june or july for like a week! I'm trying to get a group together to go down and raise hell for a week!!!!!!

Used to live in the Caribbean and loved it. The maid was from DR and kept saying we should visit, but never did in the end tho travelled over a few of the islands. Again.. all laid back and "who gives a shit?"
