I've been able to get on for a while now. My only problem is the fact I got double charged for my Google Adwords and Epass telling me it was Google that did it and Google telling me they didn't and I'm out $548 because neither will do anything about it.

Here's a tip... maybe let everyone in here know you fucked up and lost the passwords so we could reset them as well as maybe adding a little note on your site letting us know to do that. It would also have been nice to have had customer service tell me to do that yesterday when I called.
