You are not going to allow people to send $$ to users that dont have a business account now?

You guys are really self-destructing in a big way.

What alternatives are there to Epassporte?

I use several designers / copy-writers that dont have a business account and you are basically telling me i cant pay them by Epassporte any more.

You need to get a personal epass account, then you will be able to send to other personal account holders....

So if a sponsor wants to send me $$$ and i have personal accts it wont be able to be done anymore basically?

It *might* only effect some people though so Epass needs to be getting their poster-boy in here to clarify this.

As of right now though, im being told if you dont have a biz account, you cant accept funds from Epass users.

This has been this way for a few days.

I think you have a couple of things mixed up.
Personal accounts from restricted countries can no longer send and receive p2ps. They are still able to receive transfers from business accounts, use the virtual visa and Electron card.

Non restricted personal accounts can only send money to business accounts using the ePPurchase system, nothing have change about this.

EVERYONE can receive transfers from business accounts no matter what type of account you have or which country you live in.

This will probably affect 5 % of their customers...

we all know epass service is tricky, it kinda sucks and everything, and we still use it. Why ? Because there is no alternative. How can it go down when there is no competition ?

I sent money to my designer in Russia just yesterday from a personal account with no issues. If this changes, well, he will have to get a business account. He deals with many people from GFY and in the adult industry so will have no choice.

Most likely they are doing it because of the high rates of fraud coming from those countries. Visa considers them very high risk anyway, so why wouldn't epass consider them that way as well?
