wear wrist splints at night. not very comfortable but it will help. I've got a cyst in the joint between my forarm and hand and it helps me.

If you're using a laptop switch back to a PC and use the keyboard with the legs at the back extended so that the keyboard has a slight slope on it.

When you type your wrists should be a little lower than your fingers

Make sure you use a mouse pad that has a wrist support so that your hand and wrist are parallel. Your wrist should not be resting on the desktop.

Stop beating on Cam and they should clear up. Otherwise, is this a repetitive thing your getting or is this the first time you get it? Could be carpal tunnel syndrome from typing too much. Get Cam to type for you

Download RSI guard (look in google for it), I use it, so that way you dont have to click on stuf, it is usally clicking and using the mouse that fucks up the wrist. If you use this all you do is point ur mouse at something for a sec and it clicks it for you. Some people can't get used to it and find annoying, but this really helps me a lot.

Whenever I'm watching tv I always stretch my arms, I can feel every fucken muscle in my arm when i do this, and I think it helps. I also like to massage the whole length of my arm, it helps if you use a heating pad, it relaxes the muscles and helps blood circulate. I can feel tension through the whole arm, like in the elbows and upper arms too, it helps a lot to massage myself!

Natural keyboard can be a big help too, if nothing else, it changes the angles and directions and puts the pressure on other parts of your wrists.

Agree jjjay! Keep on a keypad using the same actions and that shit can stay with you forever. Better to change "typing habits" and release the strain that's causing the problem. Had this shit for over 4 years and tho hands look OK - it's a constant "sting" - but better than hands that were swollen to hell and look more like blunt instruments ready for an assault
