There are some pretty big (and loved) programs that haven't been shit on like this and more than a few were exposed here. If you are ignorant about what your own sponsors are doing, it's your own fault. Do your homework - or at least read up once and awhile!

I couldn't agree more with you. However, the point is that reading TOS pages is pointless, if nothing about stuff like this is mentioned on them. That's the only reason why I think this thread should stay active. We need more transparency in this industry, from all parties involved, and I'm sure everyone having posted in this thread will agree that AWE has been anything but transparent and they only addressed the issue once they were called on it.
I'm sure that you and Smokey, and perhaps many others, find it boring and whiny that people keep posting in here and bumping this thread, but that won't decrease the value of the need to do this, so that when sponsors play with your expectations to pull tricks on you, they get called on it in public. The more people ignore issues like this, regardless of who the sponsor is, the deeper we stick our heads in the sand and turn a blind eye on dubious practices, which hurt this industry as a whole.
