anyone get that someone called an AS Atomic system rather than Autonomous system. Adult is a difficult place to do biz. Everyone knows everyone and sooner or later you can get called out, honestly and falsely. Good luck to you. Rates at equinix can be high, that much is sure. I personally stay away from them now because of that and because its hard to just get your ass in the place. They do have some quality shit there though.

I retract my statement on the 6509's and Junipers. We are infact using PTP's hardware as far as those go to run our BGP. I was incorrect and I had that fact clarified by our server tech. I handle the business end of things and joined the company after the hardware was in place. I was incorrect in stating that we owned those, as I was under the impression that we did until I was corrected. I'm not here to blow smoke up anyones ass and I'll full on admit when i'm wrong.

As far as the "Kids" comment goes, If you're reffering to my age, yes I'm 21. I'm a college graduate, a law school student, and a United States Marine with two tours in Iraq - I highly doubt I would be reffered to as a punk kid.

Now the truth comes out...well sort of. You don't run your own BGP. Heck you don't even know what an AS is. For 21 years old you've been quite busy - graduated college, 2 tours in iraq, law school, sales with this company. Where do you find the time?
