I don't want to argue with you publicly, but here is a summary of what happened:
- Kman ordered some custom work
- sent a $200 deposit
- I began working on the project
- Kman then backs out of it, tells me he doesn't need it anymore and demands his deposit back
- I tell him that deposits are not refundable (especially since work is already partially complete), but to be a nice guy I offer to replace the project in question with some other work he may need
- Kman refuses and starts threads about me on the boards

I'm not going argue with you on the boards, if you want to resolve this issue icq me (33375924)...

this $200 was for install of an affiliate program software... i needed a CUSTOMIZED version, this was the $200 (lol!) project i deposited to him...

even if this wasnt the case, anyone know knows Woj, especially as long as I do, knows, that he NEVER LIFTS A FINGER until at least 3 DAYS AFTER THE DEADLINE....

Doesn't seem like he did or said anything wrong to me. I don't refund deposits if work has been started either, it's a pretty common practice and basically the whole point of the deposit.
